THE BIG TRIBUTE FESTIVAL – TICKET / ENTRY TERMS & CONDITIONS
All conditions herein are to be read together with all other statements and or directives either shown on the ticket or displayed on the premises.
In the event of a breach of this contract by the supplier, the supplier shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense arising out of the breach which was not reasonably foreseeable by the supplier at the date of this contract.
The promoter reserves the right to refuse admission to the holder if in the reasonable opinion of the promoter or their representatives; admission of the holder might be a risk to the safety of the audience and/or the holder and/or affect the enjoyment of the audience and/or the running of the festival.
All persons entering the festival site may be searched as a condition of entry. Strictly no illegal substances will be permitted into the site. Possession of either may lead to your ejection from the festival.
Under 18s tickets are only available to be purchased by an adult when purchasing their own adult ticket. There is a limit of 2 x under 18 tickets that can be purchased with every one adult ticket.
UNDER 18 TICKETS CANNOT BE ADDED AFTER THE ADULT ONE HAS BEEN PURCHASED.
On arrival at the festival, under 18 ticket holders must be wristbanded at the same time as the adult that bought the tickets.
Responsible adults need to be legal parent / guardians or over the age of 25 and will be wristbanded on site together. Proof of age may be required.
We will be operating a ‘Challenge 25’ at the festival box office. If you are fortunate enough to look under 25 then you will be required to show ID to collect your adult wristband.
Anti-social behaviour will not be tolerated in any area of the festival site. Campsites open at 8am on Friday 23 August 2024.
There is no early entry available on Thursday at any time.
Camping is permitted only in the official campsites with a weekend camping ticket.
Do not camp within the fire lanes marked on the ground, your tent will be removed if you do so.
Day tickets do not include camping or access to the campsites at any point.
Tickets are non-refundable.
Tickets bought through the box office at Aberystwyth Arts Centre are printed on their in-house stock tickets. These conditions do not apply to the Big Tribute festival.
All tickets remain the property of the Promoter until payment is received in full.
Resale of this ticket is prohibited without the express permission of Way Out Events Ltd.
Under no circumstances will duplicate tickets be issued for lost tickets etc, keep your ticket safe.
Attendees consent to the photography, filming/sound recording as members of the audience, which may be used for promotional or commercial activities.
You may not re-sell or transfer this ticket if you are selling or transferring the ticket in the course of business. You are deemed to be selling or transferring in the course of business where we reasonably believe you to be doing so.
No tickets may be used for competitions or promotions without written permission from Way Out Events Ltd.
No sleeping in vehicles or tents is allowed in car parks due to fire regulations.
Camper vans, caravans and trailer tents only are permitted into the camper van area. All persons staying in the vehicle must have a valid weekend camping ticket.
Live in Vehicle tickets subject to availability.
Only purpose built motorhomes, caravans and trailer tents will be allowed in the live in vehicle section. Vans /horseboxes/cars with mattresses etc. will not be admitted, even with a valid ticket.
No duplicates will be issued for lost or damaged tickets.
All ticket holders (except Under 5s) must exchange their ticket for a wristband on arrival this must be worn at all times for the duration of the event.
No alcohol is permitted to be taken into the arena and the only containers permitted shall carry non-alcoholic liquid in collapsible plastic or similar material containers of not more than 500ml.
Private sound systems, illegal substances, glass, fireworks or any other items which the organisers deem unsuitable or inappropriate will not be permitted into the festival site. Please respect the fields and use the bins provided, fires are not permitted in any area and will be extinguished.
There is accessible camping and parking for blue badge holders ONLY in the accessible campsite close to the main arena entrance.

Lighting will be provided around the main toilet block(s) and in and around the main arena. We recommend everyone brings a torch to help you get around at areas of the site at night.
The festival takes place on a green field site which can get muddy during and after wet weather. Please bring appropriate footwear, take care when walking around all areas of the site and bring a torch to help you safely around the festival at night.
Showers are provided on all campsites free of charge subject to sufficient water availability. If the supply is limited then drinking water will take priority and showers will be closed for as long as necessary.
The Lost children point is at the festival box office by the entrance arena. Please ensure everyone attending with you is aware of this location when you arrive at the festival.
No animals will be admitted to the site other than assistance dogs.
Please note, therapy dogs or animals are not permitted at the event, in line with guidance from leading animal welfare charities Pets as Therapy and the RSPCA.
All access points to all the camping areas will be stewarded 24 hours a day. Anyone without a weekend wristband will not be allowed to enter at any point during the weekend.
All children attending shows or taking part in activities in the Little Rockers zone (including Little Rockers tent, Mini Moshers marquee and Sports pitches should be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.
If you look under 25 please do not be offended if we ask you for proof of age when you buy alcohol, please bring ID. The Big Tribute operates the ‘Challenge 25’ policy.
Strictly no trading is allowed inside the festival site without written permission from Way Out Events Ltd.
No audio or video recorders, professional photographic equipment or laser pens will be permitted to the arena.
Whilst every effort is made to ensure the full, advertised bill performs the ticket is for an event and not a specific artiste/band. Way Out Events Ltd reserves the right to change the bill or running times without prior notice.
In the event of cancellation of the festival by Way Out Events Ltd, their responsibility for refund is limited to the face value of the ticket only.
All vehicles must be cleared of the site by 12pm on Monday 26 August 2024 with the exception of vehicles returning to collect Live in Vehicles.
Please note there are restricted capacities at any stage or attraction that is within a tent or similar structure once they reach the maximum capacities there will be no further admissions. You are not guaranteed admission to these areas.
It is against the law to smoke in enclosed spaces, please observe the signage around the festival site. The organisers reserve the right to implement any restrictions/conditions deemed necessary before and during the event to ensure the safe management of the festival site.
Amplified sound and strobe lighting will be used at this event.
The promoters reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions of entry into the Big Tribute Festival in accordance with any new laws, legislation or internal company policies.
WARNING: IT IS POSSIBLE THAT EXPOSURE TO LOUD MUSIC MAY CAUSE DAMAGE TO HEARING.
SPECIAL EFFECTS MAY BE USED AT THIS EVENT INCLUDING STROBE LIGHTING, LASERS, PYROTECHNICS AND FIREWORKS.
