Ticket and Refund Info 2020
The Big Tribute Festival is postponed until 2021 because of the Covid-19 pandemic.
All 2020 tickets will be valid for the 2021 festival (27th – 29th August 2021). We will be honouring the ticket age ranges in 2021 as they stand in August 2020.
Online / phone orders that paid for postage have not yet been sent. They will be kept safe in the box office and posted out in early summer 2021.
If you have already collected your tickets in person then please keep them safe as duplicate ones won’t be issued if they are lost.
Ticket Refunds
Ticket holders that cannot / do not want to attend the event next year will be able to get a full refund (minus any booking fees). Refunds will be available from the point of purchase:
from Aberystwyth Arts Centre for all online purchases plus tickets bought over the phone or in person from the Arts Centre Box Office ( artstaff@aber.ac.uk / 01970 623232). They are currently working remotely and answering phone / email enquiries only between 10am – 4.30pm (Mon – Fri).

Please note: refunds will only be available once Aberystwyth Arts Centre and Spellbound Balloon and Party Shop are open again to the public. This is because staff need to be present in the building to access card machines inside to process refunds. We will advise when this is as soon as we have a date confirmed.
Refunds will be available until 1 May 2021.
Ticket sales 2021
As all weekend tickets for 2020 sold out, any refunded tickets will be available for general sale in 2021 (date tbc).
Day tickets will go on sale for the first time in June 2021.
Line Up 2021
We are currently working on transferring the 2020 line up to 2021 asap. Once finalised, we will confirm the details on the Big Tribute website and via social media. This will be done way in advance of the refund deadline.
