Camping

Camping

The full festival experience is not complete unless you stay in a field for the whole weekend!

However, we want to make sure the experience is as pleasant as possible. Tent camping is included in all tickets – here’s a bit more about life on site:

Family camping field

This is exclusively for families to provide a quieter area of the festival once the main arena closes at night. The camping equivalent of the quiet carriage, it has all the same facilities as the general camping area – just a bit further away from all the action.

There is a ‘no noise after midnight’ policy on this site. If you want to stay on this one, make sure you are happy to abide by that rule out of courtesy to your fellow campers.

This will have a separate gate from the main entrance and will be clearly signposted ‘GATE 2 – FAMILY CAMPING’ from the A44.

General camping field

This has the main campsite for the first few years and is open to all. This will be accessed via GATE 1 and signposted from the A44.

DDA camping field

This is closest to the main arena entrance with a dedicated parking area, specifically for people with mobility issues. A valid blue badge will be required to access this campsite. Enter via Gate 1 and the stewards will direct you.

Car Parking

All campsites have free car parking in the fields next to them. There will be stewards to direct you on arrival. Vehicles are not allowed on to the campsite at any time (other than emergency/service vehicles).

Sorry – no pets

Unfortunately no pets are allowed ANYWHERE on site, including the car parks. Please make sure you don’t bring them with you otherwise you will be refused entry.

Toilets & showers

Both campsites have a flushing toilet block, portable loos and free to use showers.

Live-in vehicles

There is a limited amount of live in vehicle spaces available on both campsites, next to the tent areas. Motorhomes, caravans and trailer tents are permitted. Each pitch is a minimum of 7m wide giving space to put up a gazebo or tent next to your vehicle.

Each vehicle needs a live in vehicle pass which cost £25 advance (£30 on the gate – subject to availability).

Please note: Our licence requires live-in vehicles to be separate from the main tent camping areas. Whilst live-in vehicles will be adjacent to the tent areas in both general and family camping, they will be separated by a fence.

There are water points on each campsite as well as specific chemical toilet disposal areas.

BBQs and fires

Used responsibly, disposable and small portable gas BBQs and stoves are allowed on site. No open fires are permitted.
